BASECOATING: 1. Warcolours UNDERCOAT paints

Undercoating (priming) is the first step towards painting a miniature. This is an essential step since the undercoat provides a smooth and even surface for you to paint on.

Warcolours undercoats (primers) come in three colours: white, grey and black. The combination of the three, make the ultimate selection for performing zenithal undercoating. They have a selflevelling matt finish of extraordinary hardness and resistence, that does not hide details. Can be applied both with airbrush or brush and are perfect as a ground for plastic, metal, resin, etc. Can be cleaned easily using water or acrylic thinner; can be diluted with water and permits up to 15% ethyl alchohol or acetone dilution.

TIP: want a different colour undercoat? you can add colour to the white undercoat with the warcolours range of powder pigments.
